Fantastic private vacation home and private room with winter garden at the Traxlerberg on 723m sea-height!
Our house is situated in a calm secluded area close to the forest. The affectionately furnished vacation home makes you feel welcome. Each of our rooms offer bright and friendly ambience.
The far distant view and the sophisticated equipment inspires our guests. The possibility is given to begin the winter with a sleigh ride directly in front of our house. The property offers great space for the kids to run around in the snow. After a walk in the snow, in clean and clear winter air, we invite you to flavoursome Hot Cider.
In addition, you are able to draw new vitality at energetic places, like the only cairn (Stone pyramid) of Central Europe, which is only 3 km away from our house. A variety of challenges is offered this season by the ice-skating rink at the Zwettl cross-country skiing tracks and the Kirchbach ski lifts. |

The rest and the nearness to the wood offer the best conditions to discover the nature in marked footpaths. On riding a bike, Mountainbiken, running or horse riding you find mi garden rest. On energetic places, like the only Steinpyramiede of Central Europe, these only 3 km are removed from our house, you can scoop new vitality. |

Single location 100-130 m² floor space “comfortable, sunny, cosy” 1Winter garden, 1-2 double bedroom, 1 3-bed bedrooms, 1 living kitchen, satellite TV. Bath, 1-2 shower, separate1-2 toilet. The floors in the bedrooms of the vacation homes are of native spruce. Bed linen and towels are available. In the large kitchen, you will find: Electric stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, raclette, refrigerator & freezing compartment, hand mixer, kitchen-scale. 1 cot, children high chair, washing machine, ironing board, iron. The use of the cosy sitting area, the chairs and the barbecue is included in the price. The garden is also a nice spot for smokers.
From our herb garden, you can harvest fresh ingredients for delicious dishes.
The swing, the sand box and the large meadow, apart from the granite stone formations behind our house, offer much free space to move.
You may expect affectionately arranged double or three-bed bedrooms. Feel the woolly warm feeling at breakfast time in the winter garden.
