Newly opened in the winter of 2009/2010, Hotel Platzhirsch is centrally located in the Alpendorf district of St. Johann im Pongau.
It is only a few metres away from the ski gondola station and the access to Ski Amadé, Austria’s largest ski area.
Here you will find comfortable rooms with balcony, a bar, and a spa area with steam bath, sauna, whirlpool tubs, solarium, relaxation room, and massages.
The breakfast buffet is served daily until 12:00.
Hotel Platzhirsch offers its own ski rental and ski school, as well as individually guided ski tours. One ski pass opens up 860 kilometres of slopes and over 270 ski lifts and cable cars. Tobogganing, winter and snowshoe hikes, and ice skating are also possible here.
