Our house is situated in a quiet area directly on the main road near the Gondola Fleckalm. Schiabfahrt up behind the house possible, many opportunities for winter walks. Within a few minutes to the trail, tennis and squash courts, to cross-country and the village center, near lake and swimming pool in summer.
In the house, smoking is not permitted, because of bad experiences obenso pets.
