Vacations directly on the lake Faaker
Faaker See is the southernmost and cleanest lake in Austria. Its turquoise waters owes the 220 acre lake surrounding limestone mountains. The water fit for drinking and heated to 23 to 27 degrees. With the small island in the middle of the crystal clear Lake Faaker the Karawanken overwhelmed in the background, the region the visitor.
Our family, with amiable hospitality run hotel is located on the northeast corner of Lake Faaker and has direct access to the lake with our own beach. The beautiful surroundings and unspoilt nature inspired in our bay the whole family. A large lawn with shade trees, she invites you to relax.

A flat sandy beach with a jetty is ideal for swimming, especially for beginners and children. Ample sun loungers, parasols, a rowing boat, table tennis and a playground are at your disposal. Due to the convenient location of our guesthouse to the beach is Sonnuntergang in the sun. But the Evening at the lake has a peculiar charm and acts on the soul, then you can catch on our terrace and enjoy the atmosphere.
About the Faaker See the sun shines more than anywhere else in Austria, with an average 2010 hours per year. Thanks to a Mediterranean influence, the region enjoys a very pleasant climate. Holiday:
The two-storey house constructed out of wood with two balconies located directly on the lake. The lawn to the beach adjoins the house. It is generously designed for two to seven people and equipped with all comforts. On each floor there is a shower and a toilet. On the first floor of every room they have a wonderful view of the lake.
