Already since 1898, our house in the suburb of Elizabeth, a suburb of the construction of the railway station, around 1860, was created to plan. Previously this area was called the "frog home." There was only meadows, forests and ponds of Salzachauen with its many frogs. Only after the visit of the Empress Elisabeth 1901 the District was renamed.
Yes, and since that time our family this house. First as an inn "Zum Stauffer", later as a hotel Hohenstauffen. We are now the 3rd Generation, which our guests stay as pleasant as possible.
